As the Gotei altogether reached a point of pure prosperity, so did the officers and members in it. With the Gotei and their leaders at full fledged strength, peace began to spread quickly among the Seireitei.
But not all was peaceful within the Seireitei. The Rukon District began having sightings of strange creatures and teams moving through Junrinan, a district Kasumi grew up in before becoming a shinigami.

Of course, she was the first informed of the situation, and quickly arranged to mobilize her unit to take care of the investigation. She hoped she would be supported and followed by her fellow captain allies, fighting as a team was their best option.

The 1st Division Captain, Kasumi Yamamoto, began one day, pacing around the HQ. It was only a few days ago that she had been appointed a new Vice captain, her first since joining the ranks of the 1st Division. It was her responsibility to ensure her unit was in good hands, and the only way she could test her unity, was going on her very first mission with her Vice Captain.
Depending on how they did on the mission, would determine if they were both ready to run the 1st Division together, as one entity.
Receiving help from the other Gotei Captains, Kasumi felt she would get to know each of them as well. She knew that with teamwork, the mission would succeed.

Mission Out-brief:
The Vice Captain & Captain will set out on a mission to investigate a district known as Junrinan in the Rukon District. Other Captains will join in as well.
Once there, you are to talk to local residents and gather information on certain happenings around the district. Once you obtain the necessary information, close in on the target and liberate the Distrcits residents and defeat any enemy forces.

Mission Members:
-Kasumi Yamamoto (1st Division Captain)
-Komamura Saito (1st Division Vice Captain)
-Any other captains or Vice Captains interested in joining

Starting Point:
-Everyone will "gather" at the 1st Division HQ.

Weapons:
-Each Captain will carry their regular Zanpakuto
-Kido will be permitted
