Since we do promotions every 1st & 15th day of each month, we will have discussions about a week prior to promotion day, concerning each division member.

Every division member is expected to contribute to this discussion, giving good reasons why each member deserves or doesn't deserve a certain promotion.
Of course, I have the last word concerning promotions, but I will definitely take everyone's ideas into consideration.

Lastly, I ask that everyone keep this discussion positive, and take nothing into offense. Fighting among ourselves will not be tolerated.
