| Entering the Runkongai district in a leisurely manner, Keitaro strolled down one of the many intricate streets, whistling a happy melody. Glancing left and right, he made note of every movement, watching the villagers as they went about their usual days. He had not found what he was looking for at the moment, but intended to keep his senses sharp as he searched for any suspicious activity.

| OOC: sorry forgot to metion all of this happens at like 2 in the morning so no one is up.
IC: the mistyrious figure was walking holding what seemed to be a pale of water. he glanced to his left because he had a hunch that something... or someone was there. he stood frozen for a second when he saw keitaro. then his senses came back to him and he bolted away leaving a trail of water. two other mysterious figures apeared. these things looked like ghosts and they were caring swords. they saw keitaro then got ready to strike. one of them charged at keitaro his sword ready to hit high on keitaro's body. the other stood back and waited.
